I Hope I don't have any other medical problems in this area, but if I do and if he is still caring for people at Peterborough City Hospital I would be happy to be looked after by him again. Mr Abuzoda has been my consultant throughout my recent pregnancy. He originally looked after me when he treated me for endometriosis. He was fabulous then and was able to successfully diagnose and treat this condition quickly. He was professional and very approachable. I felt very at ease with him and he throughly explained everything to my husband and I. After spending 2 years in serious pain he took it away and I'm hugely grateful. We fell pregnant quickly after treatment and Mr Abuzoda went on to look after me so carefully throughout the pregnancy. His manner is superb. Through out the pregnancy I was extremely anxious as there were a few complications. Mr Abuzoda went above and beyond to look after me and ensure that we had every possible scan and appointments which kept me calm and I was able to enjoy the pregnancy. I was scheduled to gave a caeserean thus week but had to have an emergency one on 27th Feb. Another fantastic consultant on the day looked after me but I could not believe that when I was in recovery Mr Abuzoda appeared to check we were all ok. I would just like to say my family and I think Mr Abuzoda and the staff at Peterborough Maternity unit are second to none. We are so lucky to have been looked after so well. Mr Abuzoda gave me excellant care and advice on my appointment. He was the only Doctor to greet myself and my husband personally and to shake our hands. He asked pertinant concise questions and totally put my mind at ease over a small procedure which was performed quickly and professionally! Thank you!
